License Plates
Montenegro's license plates feature a blue band on the left side of the plate with the country code MNE. Plates are white with black text: MNEAB∇CD123. The first two characters represent the municipality of registration, and are followed by the Montenegrin coat of arms (represented by a ∇ above).
